Weddings at Caramoor
Caramoor's buildings and grounds evoke the splendor and spirit of the Italian Renaissance. Primarily an outdoor venue, Caramoor features 90 acres of woodland trails, rolling hills, sparkling vistas and a superabundance of exquisite flowering gardens perfect for wedding receptions and romantic celebrations. Wedding ceremonies are held in either the unique setting of the Sunken Garden and Medieval Mount or the lush lawns and evergreens of the Tapestry Hedge.

Reception Tent
Wedding ceremonies can be performed in either the Sunken Garden or Tapestry Hedge. The cocktail hour may also be enjoyed on the lavish lawns, in the gardens or using the open-sided tile-floored Italian Pavilion as a beautiful alternative. Connected to the Italian Pavilion is the brick-floored Reception Tent which seats up to 250 guests for dinner and dancing. Fee: $7,500.

Venetian Theater
For larger events up to 1,000 people or for extravagant celebrations, the Venetian Theater is ideal. The Theater is set around Greek and Roman pink marble columns, topped by Venetian arches and protected by a billowy, light-filtering, century-style tent. The rental fee also includes the use of the grounds, gardens and the Reception Tent. Fee: $18,000

Spanish Courtyard
Cloistered by 12th century Byzantine columns, the unique and evocative Spanish Courtyard and the
al fresco Summer Dining Room are also available. The Spanish Courtyard is limited to wedding ceremonies and cocktail receptions. Dinner and dancing is conducted in the Reception Tent, which is included in the fee. Fee: $12,500

Rosen House
For a truly opulent experience, the Music Room and Formal Dining Room of the Rosen House is extraordinary. The palatial Music Room containing sculptures, paintings, 16th century tapestries, wrought iron, stained glass, and carved pilasters is ideal for an exceptional wedding ceremony for 190 guests. Private dinners for 50 guests or cocktail receptions for up to 75 guests may be held in the Formal Dining Room, which is lined in stunning 18th century Chinese wallpaper. Fee: $25,000

Facility Rental Guidelines:
• Caramoor is available from mid-May to the first week of June and mid-August to early October
• All private events must end by 10:00pm
• Rental fees do not include food, liquor, wait staff and party rentals
• Great Performances Catering is the exclusive caterer for Caramoor
• Fees for staking and additional tenting may be incurred.
• Fees or expenses related to the rental of Caramoor are considered non-tax deductible
according to the guidelines of the Department of Internal Revenue
