The Caramoor Box Office is located on the Caramoor grounds at 149 Girdle Ridge Road, Katonah, NY in the Administration Building. Box Office hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00am - 6:00pm; Sunday, 10:00am - 4:00pm. On the Saturdays and Sundays when the concerts are held, tickets may be purchased in person at the theater before the performance or through our online Box Office up to two hours before the concert. WALK-UP SALES You may purchase a ticket on the day of a performance but Caramoor cannot guarantee availability or price of tickets. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES Once tickets have been purchased, there are no refunds or exchanges. However, if you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them to Caramoor and use the donation as a tax-deductible contribution. A donation acknowledgement will be mailed to you.
