Reception Tent & Italian PavilionThe pristine white Reception Tent is designed for seated events up to 250 people for dinner and dancing. The historic Italian Pavilion, adjacent to the Reception Tent, is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is an elegant location for a cocktail reception prior to dinner. The Sunken Garden, a three tiered formal garden surrounded by woodlands, can be used for your ceremony. These locations are available from April to mid-October. Event rental fees start at $7,500.
Venetian TheaterThe airy and spacious Venetian Theater, surrounded by greenery and gardens, can accommodate seating and dancing for 250 - 800 guests. You can hold your cocktail reception at the Reception Tent and Italian Garden or at the scenic Tapestry Hedge formed by monumental evergreens. Your ceremony can be held in the Venetian Theater or elsewhere on the grounds, depending on the number of guests involved. These locations are available from April to mid-October. Event rental fees start at $18,000.
Historic Rosen House & Spanish CourtyardThe Formal Dining Room and the Spanish Courtyard in the interior of the Rosen House are occasionally available for intimate wedding celebrations hosting feweer than 50 guests. The Italian Pavilion (adjacent to the Reception Tent) can also accommodate small celebration dinners. Event rental fees on request.
Wedding Rental Guidelines:
- Although our dining spaces are covered, we are primarily an outdoor venue in an open air, natural setting. Our facilities are available from mid-May to the first week of June, and mid-August to early October. Events must conclude by 11:00pm.
- Great Performances Catering is our exclusive caterer. Great Performances works with you to create unique events that work harmoniously with our venues. Their passion for local and seasonal menus, presenting creative selections and full event services make planning your celebration at Caramoor a wonderful experience. Great Performances owns and operates an organic farm in the Hudson Valley. They can meet all dietary needs and requirements. Hospitality fees (which include the cost of food, liquor and other beverages, wait staff, and party rentals) start at $250/per person.
- Event rental fees begin at $7,500. Events are tailored to your specifications. Event fees are based on the size of your event, type and number of locations, and your particular needs (such as additional tenting), and increase accordingly.
- Fees and expenses related to the rental of Caramoor are considered non-tax deductible according to the guidelines of the Department of Internal Revenue.
