Late Seating Sometimes events conspire to make you late. We will do our best to get you into your seats at the earliest appropriate break in the program without disturbing others. Late seating placement is at the discretion of management.
Weather All performances take place rain or shine. In the event that a performance needs to be moved due to inclement weather, we will do our best to ensure comparable seating in the respective venue.
Service Animals & Pets Certified service animals to assist the disabled are always welcome at Caramoor. For the preservation of our grounds and safety to other visitors, non-certified service dogs and other pets are not allowed at Caramoor.
Children Our grounds are kid-friendly and we have family-friendly concerts and events throughout the year. We ask that parents remain mindful of their children during concerts and events. If you bring a child to a concert and he/she creates a disturbance or interferes with anyone’s enjoyment of the performance, you and the child will kindly be asked to watch the remainder of the performance from the back of the venue. If you have concerns or questions regarding a concert’s content and parental guidance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. All children, regardless of age, must be ticketed.
Food and Beverages We encourage all visitors to enjoy and finish their picnics and our delicious concessions prior to entering our theaters. Only drinks with a sealed cover are allowed inside our performance venues including the Venetian Theater and Spanish Courtyard. Caramoor cups with sealed lids can be purchased in the Food + Drink area.
This rule does not apply to open-air performances on Friends Field or other open areas on the grounds.
Picnics We love picnicking! In order to ensure the best experience, only ticketed guests will be allowed to picnic on the grounds prior to events. For any questions regarding the usage of the grounds, feel free to call or email us at 914.232.1252 or email@example.com
Dress Code While there is no dress code at Caramoor, we recommend comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather, and attire that is mindful to other visitors. We’ll often see guests dress more formally for Galas and Special Events, so feel free to use these events as an excuse to dress up!
