Availability and Affordability
Although our dining spaces are covered, we are primarily an outdoor venue in an open-air, natural setting. Our outdoor facilities are available from mid-May to the first week of June and August to early October. Our indoor spaces are available year-round.
- Site fees vary and are determined based on your needs and specifications. Fees and expenses related to the rental of Caramoor are considered non-tax deductible according to the guidelines of the Department of Internal Revenue.
- Event rental fees begin at $1,500 for small parties, receptions, and meetings and $7,500 for weddings and larger events. These fees are based on the size of your event, type and number of locations, and your particular needs (such as additional tenting and party rentals), and increase accordingly. All fees are inclusive of ample parking accommodations throughout the grounds, as well as our various garden spaces for ceremonies and receptions.
- Caramoor’s exclusive caterer, Great Performances, is NYC’s leading catering company – enhancing life’s celebrations with delicious food, artful culinary presentations, and gracious service. Their menus are a celebration of contemporary American cuisine, incorporating clean, vibrant, and seasonal ingredients. Great Performances operates a 60-acre organic farm, Katchkie Farm, in Kinderhook, NY and sources locally when possible. Hospitality fees (which include the cost of food, liquor and other beverages, and wait staff) start at $235/per person. Rentals (i.e. chairs, linens, silverware, etc.) start at $85/per person.
