Hours of Operation
The Box Office is open from 10:00am – 4:00pm, Tuesday – Friday.
On event days, the Box Office will open 2 hours before showtime at the designated venue.

Ordering tickets
Select the performance or event you want to attend and follow the link to “Buy Tickets.” You can also call the Box Office at 914.232.1252 or visit us in person Tuesday – Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm.
Ticket Delivery
All tickets to our events will be immediately emailed to guests and texted on the day of. If you would like your tickets physically mailed, there will be a $5 fee per order. If you would like your tickets held at will call, there will be a $1 fee per order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
Troubleshooting Online Ticket Purchase
If you run into issues ordering tickets online, please call the Box Office at 914.232.1252 Tuesday – Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm and we will be happy to help! You can also email us at boxoffice@caramoor.org.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Donating Tickets
Once tickets have been purchased, there are no refunds or exchanges. However, if you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them to Caramoor and use the donation as a tax-deductible contribution. Please call the Caramoor Box Office at 914.232.1252 prior to the concert to let us know that you are unable to attend and wish to donate your tickets.
Credit Policy
All credits expire 2 years after the issuance date.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any amount and are valid all year long. Please call us in the Box Office at 914.232.1252.
Pre-Sales
Members at the $100 level and above receive access to the best seats first by way of Members-only Pre-sale periods. Pre-sales can be accessed by logging into your account. Members will receive notification prior to the start of a Pre-sale through an email to all current Members, online, and in our printed brochures.
