Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm
On event days, the Box Office will open 1 hour before showtime at the designated venue.
Summer (mid June to end of July)
Monday – Sunday, 10:00am – 4:00pm
On event days, the Box Office will open 2 hours before showtime at the designated venue.
Box Office Resources and Policies
Select the performance or event you want to attend and follow the link to “Buy Tickets.” You can also call the Box Office at 914.232.1252 Monday through Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm. On Saturday and Sunday performance days, the Box Office is open from 10:00am until the end of the concert.
Orders are charged a $5.00 service charge and a $1.00 facility fee when received online or by phone. Orders received in person will only be charged the $1.00 facility fee. Service and facility fees are not included in the donation amount for purchased and donated tickets.
You can select to have your tickets mailed to you, held at Will Call, or you may choose to use our Print-at-Home ticket. Tickets will be mailed to patrons who selected that option up until the Monday prior to a concert. Tickets ordered on or after the Monday prior to a concert will be automatically held at Will Call. Will Call opens at the remote Box Office outside of that performance’s venue as early as an hour before the show.
Troubleshooting Online Ticket Purchases
If you run into issues ordering tickets online, please call the Box Office at 914.232.1252 Monday through Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm and we will be happy to help! You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Donating Tickets
Once tickets have been purchased, there are no refunds or exchanges. However, if you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them to Caramoor and use the donation as a tax-deductible contribution. Please call the Caramoor Box Office at 914.232.1252 prior to the concert to let us know that you are unable to attend and wish to donate your tickets.
Please note that the physical tickets must be returned to Caramoor in order for us to comply with IRS requirements and to provide you with a donation acknowledgement for your taxes. The donation figure will not include Service or Facility fees.
Gift certificates are available for any amount. Please call us in the Box Office at 914.232.1252.
Members at the $100 level and above receive access to the best seats first by way of Members-only Pre-sale periods. Pre-Sales can be accessed by logging into your account. Members will receive notification prior to the start of a Pre-sale through an email to all current Members, online, and in our printed brochures.
New this year! Student Rush
Students can purchase discounted tickets to select performances on the day of the event.
In order to become part of the Student Rush program, students can submit our online form confirming your student status. Once your student status is confirmed, you will hear from a member of our Box Office staff and you will be able to access Student Rush tickets through our ticketing system. Students will be required to show ID upon arriving at will-call to pick up their tickets.
Students under 18 can receive free tickets for select events year-round! Contact the Box Office for more information.
