Music Room
The Music Room, in the Rosen House, with its Renaissance furniture, Gothic tapestries, and stained glass elements, is used for intimate musical performances. The space is available all throughout the year, although it’s mainly used during the fall and spring as an indoor concert venue. The Music Room is available to rent for private events. The theater holds 192 for a performance, you can view the seating map here.
Venetian Theater
A fully covered outdoor performance space ringed on three sides by green and leafy vistas provides a bucolic setting for live music. The theater holds about 1,500 people. The Venetian Theater is available to rent for private events. View the seat map.
Spanish Courtyard
An intimate, partially covered outdoor venue (and fully covered stage) in the Mediterranean style, this space occupies the center of the historic Rosen House and is available from June through October. The Spanish Courtyard is available to rent for private events. Performance seating is approximately 500. View the seat map.
Friends Field
With a large open lawn adjacent to the Food + Drink area (only during summer) and restrooms, Friends Field is used for many programs throughout the summer. The stage was just added in June of 2021! Blankets, lawn chairs, and picnics are welcome!
Sunken Garden
Newly renovated in 2019, this historic garden is an outdoor, acoustic performance space that is available from June through October. The Sunken Garden is available to rent for private events and is a popular choice for outdoor wedding ceremonies. Performance seating is flexible and can accommodate up to 300 seated.
Education Center
The Education Center has always been a resourceful venue for visiting school groups, but stay tuned for our family programming in the 2023 summer season! We are excited to incorporate this space into our many venues used throughout the summer. The room holds about 40 for classroom-style, and 80 for theater-style seating.
Other locations on the grounds are also used for live performances and events, including the East Lawn adjacent to the historic Rosen House, the Picnic Lawn behind the Tapestry Hedge, and the Reception Tent and Italian Pavilion.
